ARCO National Construction Completes Warehouse & Office Project for NorthBridge Partners & Cardinal Health
ARCO National Construction recently partnered with NorthBridge Partners to complete a 315,810-square-foot warehouse and office project for Cardinal Health in Boylston, Massachusetts. The medical products distribution center is part of Cardinal Health’s multi-year strategy to modernize facilities and grow its warehouse footprint. The new location doubles the company’s warehouse space and triples its capacity for storage locations.
Facility features include over 300,000 square feet of warehouse space, a push-pull HVAC ventilation design, 62 dock positions, 36’ clear height, and over 9,000 SF of office space.
The strategically located facility serves Cardinal Health customers across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, and Eastern Connecticut. ARCO and NorthBridge Partners completed the building shell in 2023 and finalized the renovations for Cardinal Health earlier this year.
