ARCO National Construction has completed the first phase of a speculative distribution facility for repeat clients Crossgates, Inc. and Elmhurst in Washington, Pennsylvania. The project redevelops the former Brockway Glass Plant, transforming a nearly 20-acre, rail-served site in Canton Township, Washington County - once a deteriorating brownfield at the junction of Interstates 79 and 70 - into modern, high-quality distribution space.
Designed for flexibility and multi-tenant use, the 100,000-square-foot facility features 32-foot clear height, nine dock positions, and two drive-in ramps, providing the functionality required to support a wide range of user operations.
Building on the success of Phase I, ARCO was awarded Phase II of the project, which will add 65,000 square feet of distribution space to the site. When complete, the two phases will provide a combined 165,000 square feet of warehouse space to meet the growing needs of tenants in the region. Phase II of the project is currently under construction.
