ARCO Completes Southern California Cold Storage Facility for Repeat Client DHL
ARCO recently completed a 30,000 SF warehouse and cold storage renovation within an existing 830,000 SF warehouse in Fontana, California for repeat client DHL and a confidential pharmaceutical end-user. The project features a 10,000 SF cooler with temperatures ranging from 36°F to 46°F, a state-of-the-art rooftop trans critical CO2 refrigeration system, and a 2,500 SF office.
The project enhances DHL’s logistics capabilities and meets the specialized needs of its pharmaceutical partner.
