Craig Bridell

Craig Bridell has been with the ARCO family of companies since 1993. As the President
and a shareholder of ARCO Holdings, Craig is responsible for overseeing all facets of
the ARCO Holdings companies, including general contracting, project management,
scheduling, cost control, sales, marketing management, real estate development and
design-construction management. Using a team management approach, Craig has been
a catalyst for substantial growth within the ARCO Holdings family. Craig's emphasis on
building long-term client relationships has made ARCO Holdings a national leader in the
Design/Build arena. Craig has been professionally involved in construction management
since 1992. During this time, Craig has overseen the construction of more than 8.5
million square feet in more than 200 cities and 32 states. |

Dave Allen

Dave Allen has been with ARCO since its inception and has been an integral part of
growing the company to where it is today. As Vice President and shareholder, Dave is
responsible for overseeing all estimating and the general operations of the company.
Dave has played a major role with ARCO's numerous beverage clients, helping to
establish ARCO National's Beverage Group as the nation's largest builder of beverage
warehouse and distribution centers. Dave has been professionally involved with
construction management since 1984. |

Jim Keeven
Regional Manager, ARCO Holdings |

Jim Keeven has been with ARCO since 1995, when he joined the team as Senior
Project Manager. In 2004, Jim became Regional Manager and is responsible for
construction management, cost control, estimating, scheduling and total project
management. As shareholder and Regional Manager, Jim has helped make ARCO
National the leader in the Design/Build construction industry that it is today. Jim has
been professionally involved in construction management since 1987. |

Cameron Pinzke

As shareholder and Regional Manager, Cameron Pinzke plays an essential role on the
ARCO team. Cameron started with ARCO in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager and
moved to the role of Regional Manager in 2004. Cameron has been integral in building
ARCO's beverage warehouse & distribution clientele and oversees design, construction
and total project management across the board. Cameron has been professionally
involved with construction since 1995. |

Russell Gall

Russell Gall started with ARCO as a Project Manager in 1997 after graduating with a
Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois. In 2002, he moved to the position
of Business Development Director and has been responsible for building ARCO's stellar
client list. Russell's commitment to long-term client relationships and ability to understand a client’s needs has led to the vast
majority of ARCO's business coming from repeat clients. As Business Development
Director and shareholder, Russell is responsible for total project management,
preliminary due diligence, estimating, cost control, scheduling, proposal and marketing
management, design management and construction management. |
