COMPANY PROFILE

ARCO Construction Company was founded in 1992 in St. Louis, Missouri and has continued to grow by specializing in providing clients with a complete design/build package. The ARCO family currently consists of seven construction companies with offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, Atlanta, Tampa, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Cincinnati.

ARCO National Construction was started in 1996 as a separate division to service our national accounts across the country. In 2000, ARCO National was incorporated. The current shareholders are Dave Allen, Dick Arnoldy, Craig Bridell, Jeff Cook, Russell Gall, Steve Holste, Jim Keeven, John Komlos, Cameron Pinzke, and Tony Roeschlein.

Our commitment to our associates and customers alike contributes greatly to our success. With our “customer first” philosophy, approximately 75% of our annual revenue is with repeat customers. We also understand that a quality job starts with quality people. That is why every one of our Project Managers has an engineering or construction degree and our Superintendents possess a wealth of experience and knowledge with a track record of successful and safe projects. We strive diligently to find the best associates for all positions. We budget and spend extensively for training each year, arming our associates with relevant information in leadership, technical issues, safety, teamwork and customer service.
