ARCO Opens New England Expansion Office

ARCO National Construction Company has expanded its national presence with the opening of a New England office. The Boston area based regional office is located at 153 Cordaville Rd., Suite 320 in Southborough, MA.

Business development efforts and operational oversight for ARCO National Construction – New England will be led by Vice President and Shareholder, Chris Wilson. Additional staff includes design/build construction professionals, George Green and Jason Grant, who have previously managed projects for ARCO’s largest clients. The company plans to significantly increase local staff over the next 18 months.

ARCO’s New England office will support national expansion of its existing clients’ facilities including FedEx Ground, Performance Food Group, DHL and Scannell Properties, as well as new regional clientele. ARCO’s current portfolio in the area is largely industrial, but the company has experience in nearly all industries from entertainment venues such as TopGolf to large multifamily developments and class A offices.

He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Missouri S&T and a master’s degree in engineering management from Kansas University. Kevin McGinnis

Kevin McGinnis recently joined the ARCO National Construction team as a project manager. Kevin comes to ARCO with more than 29 years of experience in the construction industry. Tim Simon

Tim Simon is the newest project manager for ARCO Living Group – an ARCO affiliate dedicated to senior living, multifamily and student housing. Tim joins the ARCO team with 11 years of experience in the construction industry and has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
