Wet Sprinkler System
32’ Clear Height
60 mil TPO Roof over Hybrid Roof Deck
5,180 SF Vehicle Maintenance Garage
600 SF Salt Storage Shed
Unique Site Conditions:
On-Site Septic System Due to Lack of Available Sanitary Lines
Propane Gas Service Due to Lack of Available Natural Gas Service
Electric Utility Run Over the Truckee River to provide Power to the Site
10” Water Main Bore Under Union Pacific Rail Road Tracks to Provide Water and Fire Service to the Site
Rock Retaining Walls Constructed from Repurposed Boulders

Brandon Lemmons Named Shareholder & Principal


ARCO National Construction is proud to announce that Vice President, Brandon Lemmons, has become a Principal and Shareholder in the company.

Brandon joined ARCO in 2002 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to Director of Operations in 2014 and Vice President in 2016. Brandon has overseen more than 6 million square feet of construction for ARCO and continues to be one of our most valuable team players!

Construction recently completed on a new 236,976 SF automated sorting facility and 1,136 SF security building. The project specifications include:

Constructed over an existing landfill
22 acres of dynamic compaction
350,000 CY of import fill
1,700 driven precast concrete piers to support building
12″ thick pier supported structural concrete floor slab
Methane gas mitigation system for the building parking areas
Concrete tilt-up and conventional steel structure
